The ground floor is built on two levels: on the ground level there is a large living room with access to the terrace and pool. On the second level there is a kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Private guest suite.
The house has two entrances. At the back, you enter through an iron gate that opens automatically, and parking spaces are located there.
And from the front of the house, that is, from the beach, you can also enter the house.
It is possible to reconstruct the house and add another floor.
