Complex with 10.000 m houses in kavac. To the city of Tivat 5 km. The plot consists of 1/3 olive trees and 2/3 pine trees.
There are 20 houses on the site. At the moment, we have completed the projects in such a way that we can follow all the rules of the local Department of Urban Development.
The houses will have a more Mediterranean style with some stone elements on the façade, in keeping with the local architectural tradition, but with a modern and streamlined design.
There are many trees on the site, and this will allow the houses to merge with nature, and the houses will not stand in a line, they will be rotated at different angles to avoid monotony.
