The total area of the house is 220 m2, three floors, two entrances. Land area of 400 m2. On the territory is a separate house with an area of 43m2, which is a Russian banya/bathhouse on firewood, with a relaxation room and small kitchen.
Distance to Budva – 4 km or 5-7 minutes by car. The house is located near three beaches: Jaz, Trsteno, Ploce. Distance to the beach Trsteno, which is known as the best sandy beach for childrens healh – 800 m. To the one of the longest beach Yaz – 3 minutes by car.
