Beschreibung

Hotel "Castello di Boca"

The hotel is located in the town of Stoliv, in the Bay of Kotor. It was built in 2006 and renovated and upgraded in 2008. A major renovation, including improvements to the internal systems, roof, and other elements of the property, was carried out in 2013.

The hotel has a total area of 1,630 m² plus 1,000 m² of surrounding land used as a park and parking area, with the potential for building 12 bungalows for an additional 30 guests.

The property features 26 rooms designed for 60–70 guests:

* 10 triple rooms
* 12 double rooms
* 4 single rooms
(including 4 upgraded rooms and 1 semi-suite with 2 rooms).

There are also 3 staff rooms on the 6th floor.

Stoliv itself is famous as the “Camellia Paradise,” attracting many visitors every March during the camellia blossom festival.
