20% of the cost + 10% VAT (minus the reserve of 10,000€) - upon signing the purchase and sale agreement.
20% of the cost + 10% VAT - during construction for 3 years (monthly or quarterly payments). Your choice: either 12 quarterly payments or 36 monthly payments.
60% of the cost + 10% VAT - at the notary upon commissioning of the facility.
