A unique project located just a 2-minute walk from the Botanical Garden. The complex consists of two 7-storey residential buildings with a total of 80 apartments. Advanced technologies and high-quality materials were used in the construction process, which ensured the reliability and durability of the buildings. The facades are additionally insulated using effective thermal insulation solutions.

One of the features of the project is the panoramic glazing on three sides of the buildings - the hinged glass walls from floor to ceiling create a sense of spaciousness and open up beautiful views. The spacious terraces are equipped with tempered glass fences, and the fourth wall facing the corridor is decorated with aluminum panels with natural wood cladding.

The complex is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable life:
