The parts of the site are selected in such a way that it is surrounded on almost all sides by roads (see satellite photo).

The picturesque terrain and the trees and boulders specially preserved during the site cleaning leave a lot of room for the architectural imagination of the designers. The integrity of the site and the configuration of its borders make it possible to organize a residential or tourist complex with swimming pools and sports and recreational areas.

The design and construction activity here is determined by the presence of a spacious plan that allows construction to begin on an area of about six thousand m2. Further development can be carried out after mastering the relevant planning documents (for example, the target "studio location").
