The Tre sorele estate is located on the 1st line of the sea in the beautiful village of Prcanj and has a large garden and its own swimming pool. The house consists of 4 floors.

Underfloor heating is installed in the basement and in all bathrooms. In the courtyard there is a summer kitchen and an 11x4m heated swimming pool. The house is fully furnished with antique furniture. Parking for 4 cars is available.
Prcanj is a beautiful, ancient village that is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site. The house is located on a quiet secondary road and has a stunning view of the bay.
The sea is just a 2-minute walk from the house; there are also several good restaurants, cafes and a couple of grocery stores within walking distance.
The Old Town of Kotor can be reached in 10-15 minutes by car, Tivat in 20-25 minutes, Budva in 40 minutes, and Podgorica in about 2 hours.
