We offer for sale an extensive and actively functioning farm in the area of Mediocre, on the territory of the municipality of Kozie, with an area of 118,217 m2. The facility includes various types of land:

  • 65,195 m2 of forest land, dominated by such types of trees as beech, oak, hornbeam, maple, spruce and pine.
  • 51,420 m2 of agricultural land, most of which is flat and ready for immediate cultivation. The lands are equipped with a land reclamation system to regulate soil moisture.
  • 1,602 m2 of built-up land.

The farm owns five buildings:

  • The residential building with a net area of 276.7 m2, built in 1890 and fully adapted in 1990, is a cultural heritage site. It is equipped with a traditional black kitchen and a typical oven. This building is heated by central wood-fired heating and is connected to the water supply.
  • The second residential building with a net area of 78.8 m2, built in 1977 and partially renovated in 2017. The house is also connected to central communications and is heated using firewood.
  • A 49.9 m2 barn for small livestock, part of the roof was renovated in 2020.
  • An additional agricultural building with an area of 52.8 m2, built in 1990.
  • The auxiliary agricultural facility, built in 1800, with an area of 43.7 m2, includes a stable for cattle and storage facilities for feed and hay.

The farm is equipped with all necessary utilities, including connection to the central water supply and its own water source on the territory. The farm is surrounded by fruit trees, which adds an additional charm. All buildings are in good condition and continue to be used. The farm is located in a picturesque location with beautiful views and easy access to the road, with regular maintenance in winter.
