Rivijera Nekretnine Real Estate Agency, was founded in 2013 in Herceg Novi. We are engaged in real estate bussines in the area of the Bay of Kotor (Herceg Novi, Perast, Kotor, Tivat) and Budva.

REAL ESTATE PRESENTATION – we present the property to our potential buyers in a professional manner.
REAL ESTATE MEDIATION – Complete assistance in negotiating, selling or buying a property.
DOCUMENTATION VERIFICATION – We check the cadastral documentation and the state archives (if necessary) in order to protect the buyer and seller as much as possible.
Where necessary, we further engage licensed geodetic surveying agencies for prime real estate, determining exact boundaries and conditions on the ground. If buyers or sellers are foreigners, we hire licensed translators.
LEGAL SUPPORT – We provide our clients with full legal support, which we achieve in cooperation with the Notary Office.
ADMINISTRATIVE AFFAIRS – filing tax applications for buyers, switching accounts (electricity, water, cleanliness) to the name of the new owner of the property.
