We offer for sale a one-bedroom apartment to be delivered in Bulgarian State Standard shell condition. Turnkey finishing is also available.
The standard payment plan consists of four stages: a deposit of 3,000 EUR for an apartment or 1,000 EUR for a parking space, accompanied by the signing of a deposit agreement and confirmation of the final price; 40% upon signing the preliminary contract; a further 40% upon obtaining Act 14; and the remaining 20% when the building is commissioned, upon obtaining Act 16.
The maintenance fee serves as a guarantee of the complex’s appearance and quality. After Act 16 is obtained, the investor charges a one-time maintenance fee of 20 EUR/sq.m and assumes full responsibility for maintaining the property for a period of 2 years. The service includes maintenance of the common areas, parking facilities, façade, landscaping and lighting. This system helps keep the building in impeccable condition and provides tangible confirmation of the project’s quality.
After this period expires, management will be transferred to the condominium owners’ association.
