Description of the object

The nursing facility, a former farmhouse, has been operating as a nursing home since 1973. In 1996, it was completely renovated and adapted to modern requirements. In 2007, an extensive renovation was carried out with the addition of 4 double and 8 single rooms, so that today there are 63 beds. The old and new buildings were connected by a spacious glass roof. The pension is surrounded by beautiful nature, and its residents can enjoy the benefits of a peaceful but varied life in a well-tended garden. A "red carpet" has been laid out for people with difficulty with orientation, leading in a wide arc around the building.

The current owner has already ordered a plan for a promising development, for which permission has been obtained. If there is interest, the new owner will be able to implement it. If this plan is implemented, it will be possible to build more than 80 places.
