This wonderful, 1.9-hectare, self-sustaining, self-sufficient estate is located in the
green belt area on the outskirts of Budapest. It takes approx. 10 minutes to get to the
city center, highways: M0, M1, M7, shopping centers, or easily accessible by public
transport. It is completely private, the neighboring plots cannot be built on.
The nearly 1,000 square meter classicist villa was built in the golden ratio, in
accordance with the basic principles of feng shui. It can be divided into two parts, the
main building and the secondary building, which are connected by an upstairs
