Majestic hotel with an outbuilding

In Marina Piccola, one of the most prestigious towns on the island of Capri, there is this prestigious hotel overlooking the Faraglioni, in a very quiet area protected by the surrounding hills, yet close to the main services. Surrounded by 2,600 sqm of grounds, this property offers a lush garden with a magnificent gazebo and a big patio. This 1,000-sqm hotel is in Capri's classic style, with limestone walls and splendid terraces shaded by a pergola supported by columns. The three-storey main building houses ten en-suite bedrooms with private terraces. On the ground floor, the reception is located next to a breakfast room and a café with a bar area that opens onto a covered patio. By going up the spiral staircase that connects all the floors we reach the first level, which offers a reading area with a library and a TV room with access to a panoramic terrace. The second floor is entirely dedicated to outdoor spaces, with a beautiful area covered by a porch, and a 150-sqm sun terrace equipped with sun loungers and a shower. The annex has enormous historical value and architectural prestige, as it is one of the first houses built in the area towards the end of the 19th century. It has two floors and a majestic facade.
