The villa is accessed via the driveway which leads directly to the large garage suitable for 3 cars. Going up the external stairs you reach the main entrance on the first floor. The territory
Gardone Riviera is a town of around 3.000 inhabitants positioned on the south-west side of Lake Garda. Thanks to its beauties and to its “rich life” Gardone Riviera is one of the main tourist destination around the lake. Its most important monument is without doubt the city-museum Vittoriale degli Italiani, the renowned home of the Italian poet Gabriele D’Annunzio. Equally famous is the botanic garden Heller - Hruska: the vastness of flora creates a unique picture that frames the sculptures and monuments along the paths of this paradisiac garden. Gardone Riviera is also one of the better-supplied location of the area in terms of restaurants and tourism infrastructure. This consequently improved the development of a set of direct and indirect services, allowing the city to enrich itself with resources, attractions and countless activities.
