This ancient restored stone villa is located in the village of Liptsy, one of the most beautiful places in the Bay of Kotor. The distance to the sea is only 100 meters, to the public small-pebble beach 200 meters.
The house consists of 4 floors, on each floor there is a separate studio apartment with a kitchenette, bathroom and its own terrace; the house is a single vertical or four-story townhouse. Morinj and the adjacent Lipci and Kostanjica are a small resort in the heart of the Bay of Kotor.
