The Club Hotel TARA RESORT project is located in the most promising ski resort in Montenegro, Kolasin, on the territory of the Biogradska Gora National Reserve, next to the Kolasin 1450 ski center.

The TARA RESORT VILLAGE complex is a mini-village of 11 ski chalets, designed for lovers of active winter and summer holidays, as well as for those who like to spend time in nature surrounded by the purest ecology and peace. According to the concept, the TARA RESORT VILLAGE is divided into 2 parts: the Club Hotel Club Hotel TARA RESORT, designed to generate year-round income from renting out real estate, and individual chalets for their own recreation (which, if desired by the owners, can also be combined with the club hotel, or included in its rental pool).

CLUB HOTEL TARA RESORT is a year–round club eco-hotel consisting of 5 ski chalets united by a common annex on the ground floor level, designed to accommodate tourists and outdoor enthusiasts in winter (visitors to the ski resort) and in the summer season (rafting, mountain biking, trekking, fishing, horseback riding, etc.).

Site parameters

The TARA RESORT VILLAGE project is located on a plot with a total area of 2,791 m2.
This land plot is an integral part of the development project of the full-scale Tara Resort, which consists of a village of ski chalets (11 facilities), two hotels (Tara Splendid 1 and Tara Splendid 2) and an entertainment center.

As of October 2015, all 11 chalets provided in the TARA RESORT VILLAGE complex are under construction, in varying degrees of readiness.:

Chalets No.1-5 (included in the Club Hotel TARA RESORT) are in a higher stage of readiness.:

  • water and sewerage are supplied and connected
  • double-glazed windows are installed,
  • Roofing works have been completed,
  • The construction of the facades has been completed,
  • The power supply is connected according to the construction scheme. An additional 110/0.4 kv transformer substation has been commissioned on the territory of the complex.
  • The villas are prepared for interior planning and finishing. Chalets No. 6-11 are in the rough phase of construction
  • the frame (monolith-brick) and roof are ready.,
  • water and sewerage are provided
  • the power supply is connected according to the construction scheme
