The unique stone villa in Prcanj, with applied traditional architecture, careful and professional restoration, richness of the authentic details and precious historical environment represents an important part of cultural treasures and architectural heritage of the entire Bay of Kotor and the entire Montenegrin coast.
The villa is located adjacent to a rare preserved Gothic architectural monument from the XV century of the Bay of Boka Kotorska, the stone palace called Tre Sorelle, named after the tragic and romantic legend of three sisters, Nera, Bianca and Rosa, from the Bucci family, who dedicated their lives to waiting for the return of the same sailor, with whom all three were in love.
The villa is built on a total of four levels, including the basement:
The basement – a sauna for 6 people and a wine cellar.
The ground floor - dining room, kitchen, living room, a gym and a bathroom.
The first floor – four bedrooms, with en-suite bathrooms, two terraces, one of which overviews the sea, and the other overviews the pool.
The second floor – single room with TV lounge, library area, lounge entertainment (billiard room and table for playing cards), as well as a bathroom and walk-in closet.
The house has a technical room, with pool pump, surveillance devices and central steam heating and cooling control system (control dashboard of the fen coiler system). Floor heating was installed in the ground floor and in all bathrooms.
