A house (villa) for sale with an indoor pool and sauna near the capital of Montenegro. The house has two residential and one underground floor. The location of the house allows you to quickly reach both the city center (20min) and the sea (40min). The capital's airport is only 2 km away. On the ground floor there is a master bedroom with a wardrobe and a bathroom, a kitchen, a combined living and dining area with a fireplace, a terrace. On the ground floor there is an indoor swimming pool with access from the basement, the living room and the adjacent plot. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a terrace, a dressing room. Access to the second floor can be carried out separately, by an external staircase. The house is equipped with its own well with the possibility of connecting to the city's water supply network, video surveillance using 16 cameras, an alarm system with motion sensors, a fire alarm, the possibility of installing solar panels to provide the house with full electric energy, a 700L hot water boiler, which is heated by solar panels. The house is equipped with a central (built-in) vacuum cleaner on the residential floors of an American manufacturer. The wine storage room is additionally insulated with thermal insulation of the floor, walls and ceiling and air conditioning is installed to maintain an optimal temperature for storing the drink. The rooms of the recreation area (sports) and sauna are equipped with a separate staircase leading to the indoor pool.

The villa is equipped with a DAIKIN ventilation and air conditioning system with fresh air filtration directly from the street due to solar panels. All horizontal ceramic floor surfaces are equipped with a system of water underfloor heating. The heating is provided by solar panels. All ceramic tiles and plumbing installed in the house were ordered from Italy by the manufacturers "Marazzi" and "Jacuzzi". All systems have the ability to control a smartphone. The windows are framed in solid wood (oak) on the inside and an aluminum frame on the outside.

There is an auxiliary facility on the site with a diesel-powered generator in the event of a power outage and outdoor ventilation and air conditioning units. There is also a summer kitchen area on the site (we provide the project and equipment in full). The pool has not been put into operation, as it is at the finishing stage.
