Industrial facility in north-eastern Slovenia.

Industrial facility with commercial premises on development land. in the industrial zone of the municipality of Khoce-Slivnitsa. The object is an assembly structure (hala) built in 2008. The area of the object is 2158 m2, the area of the land plot is 4236 m2.

  • Year of construction: 2008 - production workshop, 2020 - installation workshop.
  • Plot: 4236 m2.
  • Total net area: 2,185 m2; including a production workshop area of 1450 m2, locker rooms and bathrooms and offices with an area of 208 m2, and an assembly workshop area of 501 m2.
  • Construction/Construction: Prefabricated steel structure. The foundation is based on point cup foundations connected to each other by reinforced concrete beams at the base of the façade walls. At a height of 7.55 m, steel columns are extended into a bracket to secure the crane runway running inside the workshop.
  • Transportation of metal products throughout the workshop is carried out using an overhead crane, which moves under the ceiling of the entire workshop.
  • The roof structure consists of primary and secondary steel beams. The roof of the building is a symmetrical gable with a slope of 4°, covered with roofing thermal insulation panels. The roof has motorized light domes that open for ventilation.
  • Ceiling height: 10.5 m2.
  • Facade: heat-insulating facade panels.
  • Heating: pellet stove with hot water tank.
  • Connections: electricity (currently 3x315A), water, gas, sewerage, telecommunications.

Access: organized, access to the building from the south side, from the access road, along the existing road connection from the Miklavska Cesta.
Parking is available in front of the building.

Permission for the construction and operation of a production workshop dated 2008.
Note: Additional purchase of a sandblasting machine is possible.
