Villa Syrah was built in 2004 on a 550 m2 plot and finished in a modern style. It is located in Punta Brava, just behind Loro Parque. Restaurants, shops and the beach are within a 5-10 minute walk. The villa is flooded with light thanks to its many large windows and glass surfaces. More than 700 m2 of living space offers enough space for up to 12 guests. Directly at the entrance is the 60 m2 living room with comfortable sofas for up to 10 people. From here you have a direct view and access to the pool. The pool can be heated for € 135 per week. Next to it is the large, fully equipped kitchen. Since this was used by the owner himself, nothing is missing here. There is a large refrigerator and freezer offering ice cubes and broken ice at any time, wine cooler, water filter and much more. In the kitchen there is a large dining table, but also outside, just in front of the kitchen there is an extra table for up to 10 people, where you can eat outside. There are sun loungers by the pool. Barbecue is also available. The pool measures 3.50 x 9 meters long and 1.50 m - 1.90 m deep. The chlorine system is based on salt and is therefore also suitable for sensitive skin. Next to the pool there is a super BBQ area, a shower with hot water. Behind the house, basketball lovers can let off steam. In front of the kitchen there is a toilet and then the large TV room with satellite TV and 2 large sofas. Right behind one of the bedrooms there is a room with a bed to sleep 2 people. In this room you will also find a work area with a PC and a printer that you can use. On the upper floor there are 4 bedrooms, 2 with an en-suite bathroom and an additional bathroom with a bathtub. 3 of the bedrooms have a private balcony. The master bedroom has a dressing room, en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi and separate shower. Also a small refrigerator. In this bedroom, a beautiful balcony from which you have spectacular views of the sea and Mount Teide. The basement (recently renovated) with a fully equipped gym with a treadmill, multifunction machine, exercise bike, elliptical, mirror, power vibration, TV, etc. Additional living room, extra large 75" TV, internet connection, a Playstation console as well as a Nintendo Wii, with a multitude of games and home cinema. It also has a pool table and a foosball table, also many board games, a great new area to enjoy! The villa also has a large kitchen and dining room and a room on the same floor. The villa also has a first aid kit and fire extinguishers.
