This vacation home extends over 200 m² and impresses guests with its elegant furnishings and exclusive location, surrounded by banana trees, orchards, and fruit trees. The finca consists of a cozy living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms (2 of them en suite), accommodating up to 9 people.

Amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, portable heaters, and a smart TV. A baby bed and highchair can be provided upon request. The outdoor area boasts a large garden, a sun terrace, a terrace with an awning and seating, an outdoor shower, and a barbecue area. Guests can enjoy views of the sea and the lush vegetation of the surrounding area.

A cafe, restaurant, and bar are just 400 meters (a 4-minute walk) from the accommodation. The nearest supermarket is 1.8 km away. Thanks to good public transport connections, the center of Puerto de la Cruz is reachable in 17 minutes by bus or on foot. The rocky beach Playa Martiánez, Playa Jardín, and Playa el Bollullo, with their typical black sand, invite you to swim. The golf course "La Rosaleda" is in the immediate vicinity.

Please note: Access to the house is only possible via a staircase. Parking spaces and a garage are available on the property.
