Pandan House is a newly built villa with 5 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, built in a traditional Thai style using natural materials in a casual modern style. Snow-white wood products appreciate traditional Thai art and local materials. There are 3 king-size bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms in the main L-shaped villa surrounding the pool, plus 2 additional ones in a separate private garden, each with its own bathroom and rain shower. There are 2 additional bathrooms in the kitchen and by the pool.

The large outdoor living area overlooks the pool area with a peaceful mix of old wood and new design. The double kitchen and barbecue area are designed and equipped for those who like to cook or the staff can arrange meals with advance notice. The traditional rooftop sala with a pitched roof, sun loungers by the pool, an outdoor dining table and pool bar, as well as a separate barbecue area provide several options for outdoor gatherings and lunch.

The ceramic stone sculpture that greets you at the entrance was designed by artist Chang Mai and educator Amorthep Mahamat, who is under the patronage of the Thai princess. Called the "Streamflow Journey," it symbolizes home as a special meeting place for friends and family. Just outside the villa's gates you will find the beautiful Bang Tao Beach a kilometer away, as well as a golf course, tennis, spa and shops.
