VILLA TYPES: 3-5 bedroom villas

What inspired our palette. The design draws inspiration from natural elements such as wood and stone, using three colors - white, brown and gray. This integration seamlessly unites buildings with the surrounding nature, giving them a special emotionality and significance.

Ayana's design embodies clean lines, open spaces and the concept of "less is more", creating an atmosphere of exquisite simplicity. There are 3 types of villas:

VILLA TYPE C

These villas offer residents a unique living experience with stunning views of the lush landscapes. The Type C villa organically integrates with nature, providing each resident with a spacious view of the landscape, allowing them to enjoy the beauty of the surrounding nature without leaving home.
