ON THE PREMISES of the villa, there is a garden, a private pool, a sunbathing area, 6 sun loungers, sun umbrellas, an outdoor dining area for 8 people, and a barbecue. Pool dimensions: width 3-3.5 m, length 9.5 m, depth 1.6-1.7 m

FIRST FLOOR Kitchen: The modern American kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, built-in stove, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and tableware for 12 people, including pans and pots. Living room: This room offers a unique view of the sea and nature and opens onto the pool terrace. It is furnished with comfortable seating, a satellite TV (LCD display), DVD player, fireplace, air conditioning, a dining table for 8 people, and a toilet. Bedroom 1: It features a double bed, bedside table, dressing table, wardrobe, air conditioning, and a sea view.

SECOND FLOOR Bedroom 2: It includes a double bed, bedside table, dressing table, wardrobe, and air conditioning. This room has its own jacuzzi with a view of the sea and access to a shared balcony with a view of the sea and nature. Bedroom 3: This room has two single beds, a bedside table, wardrobe, and air conditioning. It has an en-suite bathroom and access to the shared balcony with a view of the sea and nature. Bedroom 4: It offers a double bed, bedside table, dressing table, an indoor heated pool, jacuzzi, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, and a view of the sea and nature.

THIRD FLOOR Bedroom 5: This room contains a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, and air conditioning. It has an en-suite bathroom and access to the rooftop terrace with a table, chairs, and a view of the sea. Laundry room: This luxurious villa, where every detail is thought out, has a separate room with a washing machine, linen cabinets, iron, and ironing board.

The rental price includes electricity, water, gas, internet, as well as daily pool and garden maintenance. The villa is provided for rent in a clean state, and towels and bed linen are available for 10 people.

Minimum rental duration is 7 nights.

Upon check-in, a deposit is required, which will be refunded to the tenant in the absence of any damages. The deposit amount is determined based on the number of guests and is discussed individually.
