The villa is located in the elite area of Yalıkavak, Bodrum, one of the most beautiful bays in the region. The villa has an area of 700 m2 with a magnificent sea and city view. Our villa features 8 bedrooms, 2 lounges, and 1 kitchen, all decorated in a modern style. Here you will find a large private pool, sauna, parking for 5 cars, and a gym. The premises include a private garden, private pool, sunbathing area, loungers, umbrellas, dining tables, relaxation area, and barbecue.

FIRST FLOOR Kitchen: spacious and modern open-plan kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, electric kettle, and other kitchen equipment. Living room: sea and city view, comfortable seating, LCD satellite TV, wireless internet, air conditioning, dining table, access to the poolside terrace. Minimum rental period is 7 nights.

A deposit is required upon check-in, and it will be refunded upon check-out in the absence of any damages or property losses.
