The apartment consists of an entrance hall with a spacious wardrobe, a living room with a kitchen area, a bedroom, a children's room with a bunk bed, a bathroom and two balconies.
One panoramic balcony with a magnificent view of the sea and the city (east side), the second (west side) - with a view of the landscaped area around.
In the morning, the sun is on the eastern balcony, and on the western balcony – freshness and coolness, in the afternoon – on the contrary. Thus, there is a sunny balcony for relaxing all day long, as well as a balcony in the shade and coolness. There is a barbecue on the balcony, which allows you to enjoy outdoor recreation and cook delicious dishes on coals.
The apartment is equipped with custom-made Italian furniture and built-in appliances (refrigerator 60 cm high, hob, extractor hood, washing machine and dishwasher). The living room has a hot/cold air conditioner.
