Elegant villa in Lerici with boathous...
Prestigious and elegant villa overlooking the bay of the castle of Lerici, very close to the sea to which it has direct access with a private area located next to a beach and a boathouse located in a cave with vaulted ceiling. The villa has been renovated a few years ago on a project by Architect Pinto, with extraordinary skill in the choice of especially valuable materials and prestigious sculptures to create an atmosphere of charm and elegance.
The property is divided into a main building and some Dependance. The main villa consists of a large and bright living room with dining area; the dining area leads to the habitable kitchen with pantry. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms, including two double bedrooms with private bathroom and a master suite with large windows offering a 180° view from the castle of Lerici to Portovenere and with bathroom with tub and walk-in closet. The whole house overlooks a large terrace cliff-side to the sea with outdoor dining and sitting areas shaded by a pergola.
On one side of the villa, near the swimming pool, there is the first Dependance overlooking the sea and consisting of living room, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. On the opposite side of the villa there are two other Dependance: one consisting of a double bedroom and bathroom and the other currently at service of the housekeepers. On the lower floor of the main villa there is another Dependance carved into the rock and consisting of an open space with mezzanine, kitchen, small terrace overlooking the sea and bathroom.
At sea level there is a room to storage a boat with an exit to a state-owned area in concession to the villa, bordering the beach. A terraced garden overlooking the sea with an entrance area used for parking, various lounging areas, an infinity pool and a jacuzzi is also part of the property. The feature that makes this property unique is its proximity to the sea and the exclusive area next to the beach, as well as the view spanning from the castle of Lerici to Portovenere and the islands in front of the Gulf of Poets.
