Description

Two villas are for sale (separately) on neighboring plots in the village of Platinum Residence Park (Thailand, Phuket Island, Rawai administrative District). Initially, one plot was purchased, 2 houses were built on it, then the land was surveyed and each of them was registered as a separate legal entity (company).

For reference. The construction contract was signed at the end of 2012. The houses were built (the keys were transferred from the developer in February-March 2014). The contract price for two houses was 15,200,000 baht.

1. Description of the villa/house. The building area is 137sq.m. The plot area is 160 sq.m. The villa has a swimming pool in the courtyard. The plot is surrounded by a fence. The village is organized: it has a criminal code and security.
Monthly maintenance costs: Management company services (cleaning of the common area, security, etc.) - 5,000 baht/month;
Maintenance of the site (watering, leaf harvesting, pool cleaning, replacement of chemicals in the pool so that the water does not spoil) - 4,000baht/month. Electricity: if you do not use air conditioners 200-300 baht/month; if you use the house and all air conditioners constantly - up to 8,000-9,000 baht/month.
