Our luxury villa for rent is located in the central area of Kalkan just 50 meters from the sea, there is direct access to the beach. Each room of the villa offers a unique view of the sea. Next to this villa there is an identical villa 1279, which is convenient for large families and groups of vacationers.
The villa has a garden, a private swimming pool, a sunbathing area, 8 sun loungers, umbrellas, a dining group for 8 people, barbecue.

Upon entering the villa, a deposit is charged, which is returned to the tenant in the absence of any damage. The amount of the deposit is regulated depending on the number of visitors and is negotiated individually.
