Our romantic villa, located in a secluded spot amidst a pine forest in the Eşilköy area, Kalkan, features two bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen, and a living room with a view of nature. Guests who wish to spend their vacation in our summer house will enjoy an open pool and relaxation in close contact with nature. An excellent vacation awaits you in close proximity to Patara Beach.

NOTE: The last 1 km of the road to our villa is an unpaved road.

On the premises: private garden, private pool, sunbathing area, 5 sun loungers, umbrella, dining table for 6 people, barbecue. Pool dimensions: width 11 m, length 3.5 m, depth 1.55 m.

FIRST FLOOR Kitchen: large, spacious, and modern open-plan kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-burner stove (built-in), microwave, frying pan, pots, and other kitchen equipment, dining set for 6 people.

Living room: satellite TV (LCD), wireless internet, air conditioning, dining table for 6 people, access to the poolside terrace.

Bedroom 1 - double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi.

Bedroom 2 - double bed, single bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom.

Other amenities - iron and ironing board, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, cleaning materials. Electricity, water, daily pool and garden maintenance are included in the rental price. The villa is provided for rent in a clean condition, with towels and bed linen for 5 people.

Minimum rental period is 7 nights.

A deposit is required upon check-in, and it will be refunded to the tenant upon check-out in the absence of any damages or property losses.
