What we take care of
1. A property search tailored to your goals. First, the questions: why are you buying, who will live there, what are your plans for the years ahead. Then a shortlist of 5–7 properties with a breakdown of each: the pluses, the trade-offs, the real price. For every option we call the developer or owner directly to confirm the current price, discounts and payment plans — which is why we often get below the listed price. New-build properties direct from developers, including with interest-free instalments, resale homes from owners, and options that never reach the open market.
2. Property and seller checks. Documents, debts, liens, encumbrances, history, the developer’s status. You know exactly what you are registering in your name.
3. A turnkey transaction. Bilingual contracts, tax number, account with a Turkish bank, secure transfer of funds from anywhere in the world, the title deed (Tapu) and municipal registration.
4. Buying remotely. If you can’t come in person, we complete everything by power of attorney — lawfully and with a report at every stage.
5. Turkish residence permit and citizenship. We find a property that meets the programme requirements — currently from $200, 000 for a residence permit and from $400, 000 for citizenship by investment — assemble the documents and support you and your family through to the result.
6. Rentals and management. If you live in another country, we rent out your property and keep an eye on its condition, payments and taxes. This service grew out of the company’s own hotel-management experience. Decide to sell — we arrange the resale.
