Wohnung in New York, USA, 41 m²

A sun-drenched one-bathroom studio in an elegant new full-service condominium created by teams from ODA and Fischer + Makooi Architects.

The apartment begins with a cozy hallway with a large wardrobe for outerwear. Behind the line kitchen to order and a huge dressing room - a bright living area with a place to sleep. The sun's rays penetrate through large panoramic windows and play on the beautiful floor of a massive white oak tree.

In the bathroom - a cabinet to order, ceramic tiles, floors made of porcelain and a shower without a pallet.

The kitchen is distinguished by Alpi Wood cabinets in white varnish to order, spectacular countertops and Basaltina quartz apron and a set of built-in Miele appliances: gas cooking panel, oven, heated drawer, dishwasher and instant oven.

Miele washing and drying machines in the apartment complement the house.

The house is located on the East Side of Manhattan, in a quiet area of Kips Bay, and is immediately recognizable by the expressive facade of saturated dark brick with radiant copper details, warm natural materials and smooth curves. A few minutes away are St. Vartan Park, UN Headquarters, the Empire State Building, Morgan Library and Museum and Madison Square Park. A few blocks away are Trader Joe's and Fairway Market, and the most interesting restaurants and nightlife are nearby, in the Korean Quarter and NoMad.

Public transport: several city bus routes and metro lines 6, B, D, F, M, N, Q, R and W. In addition, the NYC Ferry provides convenient and picturesque connections to Long Island City, Greenpoint, Williamsburg and DUMBO. You can have pets.

The infrastructure starts with a welcoming entrance under a canopy and a stylish lobby with custom carpentry and round-the-clock staff. Then there is a calm Zen garden: lush evergreen plants, elegant recreation areas and expressive sculpture in the center create an atmosphere of peace and exclusivity. The beautiful roof terrace is the second open space only for residents and their guests: panoramic views of the city, several recreation areas and a stylish summer kitchen with grills, storage space and sink. In addition, a modern fitness center with Matrix simulators, its own basketball court, a cozy lounge for residents, a bicycle room and individual storerooms.
