Sale of agriculture and an apartment building with outbuildings in Drobtintsy. The plot has an area of 13,415 m2, of which 4,140.16 m2 is construction, and 9,274.84 m2 is agricultural.
The small 72.6 m2 apartment building was built in 1875 and underwent major renovation between 2010 and 2019, including renovation of the bathroom, boiler room, flooring and electrical wiring in the living room. The roof is covered with asbestos cement slabs, the window frames are wooden.
