Rules:

on the “company’s page” type of pages (example //prianproperty.com/company/24319.html) it is allowed to post only information about the company that offers real estate objects for sale and/or rent.
3. On the “property page” type of pages (example //prianproperty.com/price/france-23051-3287297.html). The subscriber has the right to post information about only one real estate offer.
4. On the “property page” type of pages (example //prianproperty.com/price/france-23051-3287297.html) it is forbidden to post links to external resources that are not related to Prian.
5. On the “property page” type of pages (example //prianproperty.com/price/france-23051-3287297.html) it is forbidden to post contact information in a property description.
6. It is strictly forbidden to post information about the same real estate offer (example //prianproperty.com/price/france-23051-3287297.html) repeatedly.
7. It is strictly forbidden to indicate an underestimated or incomplete value of the real estate offer, as well as to post information about sold properties on the "property page" type of pages (example //prianproperty.com/price/france-23051-3287297.html).
8. On the “property page” type of pages (example //prianproperty.com/price/france-23051-3287297.html) the real estate object must have at least one photo. The resolution of the photos must be at least 600x500 pixels.
9. On the “property page” type of pages (example //prianproperty.com/price/france-23051-3287297.html) it is strictly forbidden to post unrelated photos to the real estate object.
10. On the “property page” type of pages (example //prianproperty.com/price/france-23051-3287297.html) it is strictly forbidden to post pictures with texts (the company's website, phone number, etc.) or logos that occupy more than 10% of the photo area.
11. On the “property page” type of pages (example //prianproperty.com/price/france-23051-3287297.html) it is forbidden to place third-party graphic elements (photo framing, arrows, emoticons, etc.).
12. On the “company’s page” type of pages (example //prianproperty.com/company/24319.html) it is forbidden to write the text only in capital letters and leave contact details in a company’s description.
13. On the “company’s page” type of pages (example //prianproperty.com/company/24319.html) it is forbidden to use the website address or domain name instead of the actual name of a company.
14. Users who have signed up as a private seller are allowed to specify only the actual name and/or last name of the seller.
15. It is unacceptable to urge visitors and users of the portal in written or verbal form to contact the seller directly and ignore such functions as a Message (clause 1.11) and a Request (clause 1.12).
16. It is unacceptable to contact other users via the “Contact the company” form on the “property page” type of pages (example //prianproperty.com/price/france-23051-3287297.html), imitating the messages of potential buyers or tenants of real estate.
17. It is strictly forbidden to use profanity, images with erotic content in the information posted on the portal.
18. Users are obliged to comply with the requirements of Russian Legislation while publishing information on Prian.
The administration of the portal can block both individual ads and the entire company account for violation of the rules above.
