Detailed description of the project:

The tower is conceived as a sculptural dominant of the city, forming a new look of the capital. The skyscraper is being built on the site of the former Sports University at the address: Tbilisi, Vake district, Chavchavadze Street. The main goal is to create a point of attraction for residents and visitors of the city, give a powerful boost to the region's economy, attract investment and set new standards for the quality of life.

Architecture and infrastructure

Height: 260 meters (70 floors), making it the tallest building in Tbilisi.

Layout: A central core with communications, around which residential, commercial and public spaces are located

Features: underground parking for 630 cars, 11 elevators, three staircases, panoramic windows, minimalistic interior with warm colors and natural materials

Infrastructure: shopping center, business center, restaurants (including Michelin), fitness clubs, spa areas, infinity pool on the roof with a panoramic view of the city, world-class sports facilities (including the new campus of the sports university).

The housing stock In the tower includes 843 apartments of various sizes — from studios to four-room apartments with an area of up to 158 sq.m. All apartments meet the standards of a five-star hotel: housekeeping service, 24-hour security, technical support, concierge service.
