Apartments of different layouts are designed in the complex — from 2 + 1 to 4+1 (724 apartments in total). In addition, the project provides 52 commercial premises.

Avcılar is a district of Istanbul province in the European part of the city. Avcılar is known for its location next to one of the most important roads in Istanbul and close to the busiest urban areas of the city, as well as proximity to the new Istanbul Canal project.
The word Avcylar means fishermen in Turkish.
