Black Peak is a new development of 8 Scandinavian-style houses that blend harmoniously into the surrounding nature and are adapted to the terrain thanks to the architectural approach of the team implementing the project. The complex is located in a picturesque area of Andorra with mountain views and within walking distance of all services in the villages of La Masana and Ordino.
The characteristic black color of the Black Peak complex is given by charred wood processed using the traditional Japanese yakisugi technique, which makes it more durable and resistant. The slate roof covering the houses is inspired by Andean tradition, and the stone walls retain the soil. The houses consist of two floors: on the ground floor there are day areas with access to terraces and gardens, and on the second floor there are living rooms. Each home is allocated two street level parking spaces and a storage room.
