This traditional building dates back to 1800, originally intended to store livestock and hay, and has recently been converted into a residential building in accordance with modern building and environmental regulations and providing the necessary level of comfort for life in the Pyrenees mountains. The house is located one minute from the Soldeu - El Tarter ski slopes, connected to the largest ski area in the Pyrenees "Gran Valira".

Located at the entrance to the Ransol Valley, it is an excellent location for high-level cycling training and is the starting point for hiking routes to the region's lakes and peaks. The convenient location allows you to reach the French border in 15 minutes and the commercial center of Escaldes-Engordany and Andorra la Vella in 20 minutes. ️

The old livestock area now houses a two-car garage with a separate entrance accessible only to Old Town residents, an area for technical equipment and a storage room with a former cow trough.
