This multi-family housing project, unified in its architecture, is located on Antic Camí Ral, in the new developing area of ​​Andorra la Vella, opposite the Estadi Comunal d'Andorra la Vella and Camí Riu Valira, close to the new bus station. The building has a single entrance from Antic Camí Ral street. The area is characterized by the presence of educational, cultural, sports, social, shopping and other infrastructures, surrounded by apartment and administrative buildings.

Construction will be aimed at achieving high energy efficiency while complying with environmental standards, quality and a comfortable climate inside the housing. To reduce energy consumption, facade, roof and interior designs with maximum insulation were used. To ensure acoustic and thermal comfort, the windows are equipped with triple glazing with an air chamber. Motorized aluminum roller shutters with thermal insulation have also been installed in the bedrooms, living room and kitchen.

A distinctive feature is the use of the new "district heating" system in Andorra la Vella, provided by Feda. This system delivers hot water to the building. The flooring is 12mm thick Eureka AC6 laminate with lacquered white skirting boards. The bathrooms are tiled with Keraben ceramic tiles. Faucets with a water and energy saving system and Laufen sanitaryware of the "Pro" model were installed.

All bathrooms have Syan shower trays, color and size are selected in accordance with the interior. The bedrooms and hallways are equipped with built-in wardrobes in varnished wood, and the doors are lacquered white, except for the glass ones, which will be matte-finished at the owner's request. The kitchens are tiled, similar to the previous ones, and the walls are covered with white plastic paint. Modern designed kitchens include built-in LEDs and Dekton trim. Included: induction hob, pyrolytic oven, microwave, extractor hood, stainless sink with mixer.

In residential premises, floor heating with increased density is provided in areas of expected heat loss. Each apartment will have a thermostat installed in the living room. Air conditioning equipment will also be pre-installed. Parking spaces are purchased separately.
