The construction of an apartment building will be aimed at achieving high energy efficiency, taking care of the environment, quality and climatic comfort inside the housing. To reduce energy consumption, the facades, roof and interiors were designed to be as insulating as possible. To provide sound insulation from street noise, all windows will be triple glazed with air gaps, which will also improve thermal insulation. Blinds in the bedrooms, living room and kitchen will be installed with thermal insulation and motorized controls.
One of the main features is the use of the new "district heating" system from Feda, which distributes high temperature hot water directly to the entrance to the building. The flooring will be 12mm thick Eureka AC6 laminate, with skirting boards in a lacquered white finish.
Walls and floors in both the main and secondary baths will be lined with porcelain tiles from Keraben. Faucets with a water and energy saving system will be installed. The sanitary ceramics will be from Laufen model "Pro", hanging type (ref. 820965). All baths are equipped with Syan shower trays, sizes and colors vary depending on the bathroom. The bedrooms and hallways will be equipped with built-in wardrobes made of varnished white wood. All doors, both hinged and sliding, will also be lacquered white, with the exception of glass doors, which will have a translucent finish if the owner so desires.
The kitchens will be tiled to the same quality as the bathrooms, with painted white plastic walls. They will be furnished with modern high and low cabinets, equipped with LED lighting for better illumination of the work area. The front panels and tabletop will be made of Dekton. Kitchens include: hob, pyrolytic oven, microwave, extractor hood, stainless steel sink with mixer.
Heating in each home is provided through a heated floor, which will have greater density in areas of probable heat loss. Each home is equipped with a thermostat in the living room. All apartments are pre-installed for rooftop air conditioning.
