To reduce energy consumption, the façade, roof and interiors are designed with maximum insulation. To ensure sound insulation from street noise, all windows will be equipped with three-layer glass with an air gap, which will also improve thermal insulation. A special feature is the use of the new "district heating" system provided by Feda in the district of Andorra la Vella. This system involves supplying high temperature hot water directly to the entrance to the building. All doors, including sliding ones, will be white, with the exception of glass doors, which can be frosted upon request.
The kitchen will have porcelain tile floors, similar in characteristics to the bathrooms, and the walls will be finished with a double coat of white plastic paint. The kitchens will be furnished with modern high and low modules with LED lighting for more convenient illumination of the work area. The fronts and worktops are finished in Dekton, and the equipment also includes an induction hob, pyrolytic oven, microwave, extractor hood and stainless steel sink with single-command mixer.
The heating system is implemented through heated floors in all rooms with increased density in areas of possible heat loss. Each home has a programmable thermostat in the living room. All properties will be pre-installed for future installation of rooftop air conditioning.
