Apartment building located on Antic Camí Ral, in the new development of Andorra la Vella, opposite the Estadi Comunal and Camí Riu Valira, close to the new bus station. The building has only access from Antic Camí Ral street. The area in which the building is located offers educational, cultural, sports, social, commercial and service facilities in an urban environment filled with apartment and administrative buildings.

The construction of the building will be carried out with the goal of achieving high energy efficiency, paying attention to the environment, quality and climatic comfort of housing. To reduce energy consumption, the façade, roof and interiors are designed with maximum insulation. To ensure sound insulation from street noise, all windows will be equipped with three-layer glass with an air gap, which will also improve thermal insulation. Motorized aluminum blinds with thermal insulation are installed in the bedrooms, living room and kitchen.

A special feature is the use of the new "district heating" system provided by Feda in the district of Andorra la Vella. This system involves supplying high temperature hot water directly to the entrance to the building. The floors will be laminated using Eureka's 12mm AC6 material and white varnish on the skirting boards. The walls and floors of the bathrooms will be covered with Keraben porcelain tiles.

Faucets with a water and energy saving system will be installed, as well as Laufen Pro hanging plumbing fixtures (ref. 820965). All bathrooms will be equipped with Syan shower trays, the size and color of which depend on the room. The bedrooms and hallways are equipped with built-in wardrobes made of varnished white wood. All doors, including sliding ones, will be white, with the exception of glass doors, which can be frosted upon request.

The kitchen will have porcelain tile floors, similar in characteristics to the bathrooms, and the walls will be finished with a double coat of white plastic paint. The kitchens will be furnished with modern high and low modules with LED lighting for more convenient illumination of the work area. The fronts and worktops are finished in Dekton, and the equipment also includes an induction hob, pyrolytic oven, microwave, extractor hood and stainless steel sink with single-command mixer.

The heating system is implemented through heated floors in all rooms with increased density in areas of possible heat loss. Each home has a programmable thermostat in the living room. All properties will be pre-installed for future installation of rooftop air conditioning.
