The multi-storey residential building is located on Antic Camí Ral in the newly developed area of Andorra la Vella, opposite the Estadi Comunal d'Andorra la Vella and Camí Riu Valira, next to the new bus station. The building has one entrance from Antic Camí Ral street. The area assumes the presence of educational, cultural, sports, social, commercial and service facilities in an urban environment surrounded by multi-storey and administrative buildings.

The construction of the house will be carried out with an emphasis on high energy efficiency, environmental protection, as well as quality and comfort inside the home. To reduce energy consumption, an innovative façade, roof and interiors with the best thermal insulation were designed. To acoustically insulate external noise, all windows will be triple-glazed, which will also improve thermal insulation. Motorized aluminum blinds with thermal insulation will be installed in the bedrooms, living room and kitchen.

An important aspect is the use of the "district heating" system, recently introduced in the parish of Andorra la Vella from the company Feda, which provides high-temperature hot water directly to the house.

The flooring will be Eureka laminate, class AC6, 12 mm thick, with a white varnished plinth. The walls and floors of the bathrooms, both primary and secondary, will be finished with Keraben brand porcelain tiles. Faucets with a water- and energy-saving system will be installed, as well as plumbing fixtures from the Laufen brand, model “Pro”, wall-hung type (item 820965). All bathrooms will be equipped with Syan brand shower trays with parameters and colors depending on the bathroom.

The bedrooms and hallways will have built-in wardrobes made of white lacquered wood. All interior doors, both hinged and sliding, will also be white, with the exception of glass ones, which, at the owner’s request, are processed so as to partially let in light. The kitchens will be equipped with ceramic tiles of similar characteristics to the bathrooms, the remaining walls will be finished with a double layer of white plastic paint.

The kitchens will be equipped with modern upper and lower cabinets. The upper cabinets will be equipped with LED lighting for more efficient illumination of the work area. Facades and work surfaces will be made of Dekton. Kitchen equipment includes:
