A distinctive feature is the implementation of the "district heating" system provided by Feda, which distributes high temperature hot water directly to the building. The flooring is Eureka laminate AC6 class 12 mm thick with white varnished plinth. The walls and floors of the bathrooms, both primary and secondary, are finished with porcelain tiles from Keraben. Faucets with single-command control will be installed, saving water and energy. Sanitaryware - Laufen brand, model "Pro" of hanging type (art. 820965). All bathrooms are equipped with Syan shower trays, the size and color of which will be determined depending on the bathroom.

The bedrooms and hallways have built-in wardrobes made of white lacquered wood. All doors, both hinged and sliding, will also be varnished white, except glass ones, which can have a matte finish at the owner’s request. The kitchens will have porcelain tiles installed, similar to those in the bathrooms, and the remaining walls will be covered with a double coat of white plastic paint. The kitchens will be furnished in a modern style with upper and lower cabinets. The upper cabinets will have LED lighting for better illumination of the work area. The fronts and counters are made of Dekton. The standard equipment includes: induction hob, pyrolytic oven, microwave, extractor hood and stainless steel sink with single-command mixer.

Each apartment will have heated underfloor heating with increased density in areas of possible heat loss. The thermostat programmer will be installed in the living room. Wiring is provided for future installation of air conditioning on the roof.
