The building with multi-family residential premises is located on Antic Camí Ral in the new development zone of Andorra la Vella, opposite the Estadi Comunal and Camí Riu Valira, next to the new bus station. The building has one entrance from Antic Camí Ral street. In the area where the building is located there are educational, cultural, sports, social, commercial and service facilities in an urbanized environment with many apartment and administrative buildings.
The construction of the building will be carried out with the aim of achieving high energy efficiency, paying attention to the environment, quality and a comfortable indoor climate. To reduce energy consumption, facades, roofs and interiors were designed to be maximally isolated from external influences. To provide sound insulation from street noise, all windows will be equipped with triple glass with an air gap, which will also improve thermal insulation. Motorized aluminum blinds with thermal insulation will be installed in the bedrooms, living room and kitchen.
Particularly worth noting is the use of the "district heating" system, which is provided by Feda in Andorra la Vella. This system distributes high temperature hot water directly to the building. The floors will be made of Eureka laminate class AC6 and 12 mm thick, with white varnished skirting boards. The walls and floors of the bathrooms will be covered with Keraben ceramic tiles. Single-lever faucets with water and energy saving systems will be installed, and the toilets of the “Pro” model from Laufen will be wall-hung. The kitchens will be tiled in the same type as the bathrooms, and the remaining walls will be painted with a double coat of white plastic paint. The kitchens will be equipped with modern furniture, with upper cabinets with LED lighting for the work area. Facades and work surfaces will be finished with Dekton material. Kitchen appliances will include: induction hob, pyrolytic oven, microwave, extractor hood, and stainless steel sink with single lever mixer.
Heating will be installed in the form of underfloor heating in all rooms. To regulate it, there is a thermostat-scheduler in the living room. Also, each housing has terminals for future installation of air conditioning systems.
