A distinctive feature is the use of the "district heating" system, new for the parish of Andorra la Vella, provided by Feda. This system provides high temperature hot water distribution directly to the building. The flooring in the houses will be made of Eureka AC6 laminate, 12 mm thick, with white varnished plinth. The walls and floors of the bathrooms will be covered with ceramic tiles from Keraben. Faucets with a water and energy saving system are being installed, and the plumbing fixtures will be Laufen brand "Pro" hanging type.

All bathrooms will be equipped with Syan brand shower trays, the size and color of which can be selected individually. White lacquered wardrobes will be built into the bedrooms and hallways. All doors, hinged and sliding, will also be lacquered white, with the exception of glass doors, which will receive a matte finish upon request. The kitchens will be tiled similar to the bathrooms, and the remaining walls will be painted with two coats of white plastic paint. The kitchens will be delivered furnished: upper and lower cabinets of modern design with LED lighting for the work area, and Dekton countertops. Equipment includes induction hob, pyrolytic oven, microwave, extractor hood and stainless steel sink with single lever mixer.

Heating in each house is provided through “warm floors” in all rooms, with a higher density in areas of expected heat loss. Each home will be equipped with a programmable thermostat in the living room. All apartments will have the option of installing air conditioning in the future. ️
