Residential apartment complex located on Antic Camí Ral in the new developing area of ​​Andorra la Vella, opposite the Estadi Comunal and next to the Camí Riu Valira, and also close to the new bus station. The building has a single entrance from Antic Camí Ral street. In the area where the complex is located there are educational, cultural, sports, social, shopping facilities and services, surrounded by urban development with multifunctional and administrative buildings.

The construction of a residential building will be carried out with the goal of achieving high energy efficiency, paying attention to the environment, quality and a comfortable microclimate in the apartment. To reduce energy consumption, special designs for the facade, roof and interiors with maximum thermal insulation have been developed.

To provide sound insulation from street noise, all windows will have triple glass with an air chamber, also improving thermal insulation. The windows in the bedrooms, living room and kitchen will be equipped with motorized aluminum blinds with thermal insulation.

️ Particular attention should be paid to the use of the "district heating" system provided by Feda, introduced for the first time in the parish of Andorra la Vella. This system consists of distributing high temperature hot water directly to the entrance of the building.

The floors will be made of 12mm thick AC6 laminate from Eureka with white lacquered skirting boards. The walls and floors in the bathrooms will be lined with porcelain stoneware from the Keraben brand. Faucets with a mono-handle and a water and energy saving system will be installed. The sanitary equipment will be from the Laufen brand, “Pro” model, hanging type.

All bathrooms will be equipped with shower trays from the Syan brand with sizes and colors determined for each bathroom. The bedrooms and hallways will have built-in wardrobes made of white lacquered wood. All doors, both hinged and sliding, will also be lacquered white, with the exception of glass doors with a translucent coating at the owner's request.

️ The kitchens will have porcelain tile flooring similar to that of the bathrooms, while the remaining walls will be painted in two coats of white plastic paint. Kitchens will be delivered furnished with modern design of upper and lower cabinets. The upper cabinets will be equipped with LED strips for additional illumination of the work area. The façade and work surface will be made of Dekton material. The kitchen will have the following set of equipment: induction hob, pyrolytic oven, microwave, extractor hood, stainless steel sink with mono-handle mixer.

Each apartment has a heating system installed using heated floors in all rooms. The density of the coolant will be increased in areas of expected heat loss. Each apartment will be equipped with a programmable thermostat in the living room. All apartments will be pre-installed up to the roof for possible future installation of air conditioning.
