A residential complex of apartment buildings located on Antic Camí Ral, in the new developing area of ​​Andorra la Vella, opposite the Estadi Comunal and close to the Valira River, located next to the new bus station. The construction of the building will be carried out with the goal of achieving high energy efficiency, paying attention to environmental protection, quality and climatic comfort inside the housing. Facades, roofs and interiors are designed with maximum insulation to reduce energy consumption in the house. To protect against street noise, triple-glazed windows with air chambers for improved thermal insulation are provided.

Motorized aluminum roller blinds with thermal insulation will be installed in the bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Particularly important to mention is the use of the recently introduced "district heating" system in Andorra la Vella, provided by Feda, which supplies high temperature hot water directly to the building.

The floors will be laminate from Eureka class AC6 12 mm thick with white varnished skirting boards. The walls and floors of the bathrooms will be decorated with ceramic tiles from Keraben. Economical and energy-saving faucets will be installed. Sanitary fixtures of the Laufen brand "Pro" model are wall-hung.

All bathrooms are equipped with Syan shower trays with sizes and colors determined for each room. Bedrooms and halls are equipped with white lacquered built-in wardrobes. All doors, both hinged and sliding, will be varnished white, with the exception of glass doors with a translucent coating at the request of the owner. The kitchens will be covered with tiles similar to those in the bathroom, and the walls will be painted with two coats of white plastic paint.

The kitchens will feature modern furniture with upper and lower cabinets. Built-in LED lighting in the upper cabinets will provide additional illumination of the work area. The facades and work surface will be made of Dekton. The kitchen will include: an induction hob, a pyrolytic oven, a microwave oven, an extractor hood and a steel sink with a single-lever mixer.

Heating will be provided through underfloor heating in each room. Heating density will be increased in areas with expected heat loss. Each living room has a temperature programmer. All homes will be pre-wired for future installation of air conditioning.
