The standard payment plan includes four stages: a deposit of 3,000 € for an apartment or 1,000 € for a parking space — with signing of a deposit agreement and fixation of the final price; then 40% upon signing the preliminary contract; another 40% upon receiving Act 14; and the remaining 20% upon commissioning of the building, that is, upon receiving Act 16.
