- 4 contribution - 10% upon commissioning of the building (act 16) and transfer of ownership of the property with a notarial deed.

The annual maintenance fee for the common parts of the building and courtyard is 5 (five) euros per sq.m. of the total area of the apartment. A service agreement for a period of 5 (five) years is concluded upon transfer of ownership of the property with a notarial deed.
